Samir is an is an Environmental Engineer in Potomac-Hudson Engineering, Inc’s (PHE) Gaithersburg, MD office with over 12 years of environmental consulting experience. He has worked on several infrastructure-related projects at PHE and has led greenhouse gas and climate change analyses for three major NEPA projects, requiring extensive research on climate change and its impacts on human society at global, national, and regional scales.
