ENERGY

PHE supported the U.S. Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and utilities in the evaluation and analysis of various types of energy projects related to siting construction and operation of power plants, carbon capture and storage, renewable energy projects, combined heat and power systems, hazardous liquid pipelines, and high voltage transmission lines.  We help many of these clients navigate some of the most challenging and complex projects in the nation.  Examples include:
